Excellent experience- in a heat wave Eli and Carlos saved us. Fair quote to replace old and nonfunctional compressor on the roof and provided top notch quality throughout the entire process. Eli himself came to check everything was working well. Don't even bother shopping anywhere else- these guys are honest and care.

Had a good experience with the Nice and Cool crew. Shout out to Juan Carlos for going above and beyond. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C and got it up and running quickly. He was patient with explaining what was wrong. He was thorough in his work and checked up on a few loose ends to make sure everything was in good shape. Asaf and Eli were beyond helpful with me through yelp and booking an appointment Immediately. They sent Carlos over who could not be more friendly and knowledgeable in the field. Our ac had a leak in the flare connectors and i was stressing it would be a really expensive fix but Carlos suggested a different repair and it worked like a charm. Now our AC blows cold air and they fixed it within an hour. Definitely recommend them and would use again.
